The in-situ payloads are:

  • Examining the composition and properties of the solar wind, the SWPS instrument plays a crucial role
  • Assessing the magnetic field within the solar wind and interplanetary medium, MFI conducts its investigation.
  • Data regarding the energetic particles in the solar wind and the interplanetary medium will be gathered by the EPD.

The Launch of Aditya L1
